The staff were OK - the bar man was very nice, breakfast was standard continental.
The location is only difficult you cannot think beyond the square, hotel is clean and the reception staff is very helpful.
Not too busy lobby, clean service and bar staff were excellent, Beds were very comfortable.

Good bathrooms, nice breakfast by Italian standards.

The hotel bar attendant was not at all cordial and was passing remarks, felt a bit odd, the staff on reception were certainly less than friendly.
