Hotel Albani Florence - 佛罗伦萨

Definitely a great location as it is within walking distance from the train station and close to the city center, also located on a quiet street.

Very good location, also located on a quiet street and a very enjoyable experience of staying at the hotel.

Loved its location, excellent proximity to good restaurants and i liked that the hotel staff had been subtile kind and helpful.

The Sofitel had decided not to honour our reservation and before we had tried to check in had re-booked us into the Albani and provided us with a taxi to take us there.

Ideal for the rail/bus station and just 5 minutes walk to San Lorenzo.

The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and loaded with fluffy towels and plush robes!

The room we had was quite good, comfortable bed and although our room overlooked the street, the double-glazed windows kept out the noise and ended up being 80 Euros a night cheaper.

Room was very spacious and comfortable on the 3rd floor with pleasant decor, good bedding and plush marble bathroom, complete with huge towels and robes.

We stayed in room 124 (I think) that was very large with a king size bed and full size pull out sleeper sofa.

Safe in the room worked the bathroom well stocked, minibar working, reception staff great answering all questions.

Also bathroom was very nice, the bar was a little strange to nonexistent and the breakfast spread was varied.

The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but I cannot say anything about the restaurant because we did not try it.

The restaurant, as the other public rooms was lavishly decorated and comfortable - once or twice there was a queue for a table at breakfast but this was never a real problem.

We ate in just once and were somewhat disappointed compared with the food enjoyed at many of the local restaurants.

Even better was the dinner meal we ate in their restaurant.

The front desk staff was very nice and made dinner reservations for us at La Giostra, as we had requested.

Good location close to center of city, feel very lucky choosing this hotel and excellent service from the wait staff.

The location was great, the rooms were generously proportioned compared to other hotels we stayed in in Italy summer 2010 and the front desk staff was exceptional.

You get to know the front desk, housekeeping, and porter/valet staff by name, and they get to know yours as well.

The passenger elevator is modern, but retains the external trim of an old-world, ornate iron and brass trimmed shaft running up the center of the hotel.

A broad staircase wraps its way up the hotel around the passenger elevator shaft.

Since we paid half the normal winter rate was a quarter of the normal summer one we were more than pleased and the lobby area was quite beautiful.

Additionally staff couldnt have been more helpful, the rooms are exceptionally clean.

We stayed for 3 nights in September and found the service excellent, as was the room - unique and exceptionally clean.

The room was very clean and quiet and they gave us even slippers with the hotel logo.

The bathroom was large, marble, clean and very accommodating.
