I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Alba in Sunny Beach. The hotel's decoration was elegant, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire property. The common areas were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas and tasteful artwork. As a senior woman, I appreciate when hotels prioritize accessibility, and I was pleased to find that Hotel Alba had taken this into consideration. The hallways were wide, making it easy to navigate with my walking aid, and the elevators were spacious and reliable. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay for senior guests like myself.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more patient and understanding. While the majority of the staff were polite and helpful, there were a few instances where the younger staff members seemed rushed and not very attentive.

Location - near main street and beach, different food, clean service every day.

Cold water in swiming pool, any bedding (only sheet and blanket).

Thank you all for our nice stay, we can recommend it to everyone. Taste the food in Funny Pub, you only need to walk 650 feet to reach it. Walking distance to Casino Kuban. Sunny Beach City Center neighborhood was worth exploring.

The hotel is located really close to the city center, which was convenient for us as we didn't have to walk too far. it is just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, allowing easy access to the sea.

I liked a lot the location because it is in the centre of Sunny Beach near the beach, rooms are nice, food is good but dessert is poor.

It was very central to every where in resort, however it was very noisy all night with being so close to all the night clubs.

The staff could have been more helpful regarding babies needs, ie. there was no equipment in room for making bottles and a kettle was requested but declined. Considering it is rated 4 star this was very poor. The rooms were very basis again for 4 star standard, more like average 3 star.

just returned from sunny beach and had a stopover at a great hotel. rooms were good, staff helpful, and kids had plenty to do. the beach and shops were right there. loved it!

Kids' entertainment was missing.

Missing letters from hotel name on front wall (hotel ba). First four star hotel I've been with no shampoo or shower cap or slippers. The shower was just a tap and pipe from wall; the water drained in the middle of the bathroom like in a 1* or 2* hotel. Old huge tube tv. Useless ac. Huge price for what it offers.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sunny Beach. The room was clean and spacious, with stunning views over Flower Street and the sea. The pool area was well-maintained and the beer and spirits were top-notch. We especially loved the freshly cooked pizza by the pool. Despite a few minor hiccups with staff and the occasionally limited food options, overall, we had a great time. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

We had a great time at Alba! Our stay was for a week, and we enjoyed the spacious rooms with large balconies, daily room cleaning, and delicious and varied food. The staff was very receptive to our requests, and the animation program led by Deni, Mila, Neli, and the team provided fun for both adults and children. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the nightlife.

The hotel had a great central location, which was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from.

The room we were assigned was not clean and the bathroom was in poor condition. The beds were uncomfortable and we struggled to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a few steps away from the beach. It's also right in the city center, so all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The food hygiene isn't up to standards, as the meat is often left out and not chilled properly.
