Practical location to anaheim convention centre and nice place. A good price and close to disneyland, the exterior is attractive, all the rooms need refurbishing and the walkways really need to be cleaned.

Reception staff not that helpful except for one young man on in the evenings, the owner, manager, ever you are, should be ashamed of yourselves.

This hotel was the worst and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The front desk lady was not friendly, the manager was unable to change my online reservation and and the bathtub was all chipped and not very nice.

Very good hotel, decent rooms and nice little pool.

Nasty and rude staff, the indoor jacuzzi looked a bit dirty, the sheets stained worn thin. Broken towel hangers.

The location was excellent and the hotel rooms were simple and nice. The staff were pleasant, employee I met was good that's and shower and toilet facilities were clean. Fridge worked great, sheets were nicely washed.
