  Location and price were good, underground parking was available. This hotel was decent, the staff were very helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, warm. Breakfast was very nice.

  Good location to frienze smn and near the station. Overall a great stay, not bad for the price and angry at the reception desk staff. Studios are large enough.

  Great location for backpackers too and near the station. Good value for money, staff is fine and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is not bad indeed.

  Near to train station, good location and this hotel may just be the most shady and seedy place in all of Florence. The staff were friendly and reception is open 24 hours, bed is generally clean.
