The location is great and the Hotel is situated in a lovely plazza full cafe's.

Situated in a marvellous pedestrian square and very comfortable hotel in good location.

10 minutes bus ride to Venice in a nice Piazza, located in main Mestre city square / pedestrian zone and the location of the hotel is really great.

The bus lines to the historical centre of Venice are very well organized and the hotel is a convenient location from the airport.

Well connected by buses and a great street market we bought our bread.

The room had a double bed consisting of two single mattresses.

The room and bathroom were a decent size and the towels were changed everyday.

The staff was excellent, the bed was large being made up of two single mattressess and breakfast was european simple.

In addition room was large and the bar next door did great food.

We arrived late one rainy night (about 1 am) and the desk clerk called the owner of a nearby restaurant and arranged for us to get our children something to eat.

Towels were changed as well as them cleaning the floors and the breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast served buffet was wonderful along.

The Mestre locality was lovely - very good local restaurants.

The location is great, the Hotel itself is within a square and pleasant friendly front desk staff.

Parking is tricky to use, but once you parked - it's free.

Staff people are trying hard to be accommodating and effective, the rooms are clean.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff and the bathroom was superbly clean and new.

Our room was clean and eating on the covered terrace was also pleasant.
