The location is marvellous and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from Chiesa di San Zulian Church. The hotel is at 0.5 miles distance from the airport. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and exceptional, the bed is lovely.

Clean and fabulous place. Immaculate standard double room, lovely beds. Amazing very central location and kind staff. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Florian nearby.

Fairly clean place with courtyard views and good and really kind staff. Lovely bed in the standard quadruple room, plus a very nice, small balcony and an air conditioner. Variety of food at the fantastic and varied breakfast.

I would definitely book here again, enjoyed my real good stay. Romantic great family run place, it has excellent and perfect location near center of crowdy Veneza and the beautifully charismatic Herceg Novi old town.

The breakfast was fresh made and well organized for a hotel of this rating with beverages and wonderful coffee and scrambled eggs. Attentive and very friendly staff who were always there to help. The location couldn't be more perfect to the private water taxi that staff arranged to take us to the airport. Had nice dainties at Ostaria al Ponte, located so close to the venue.

It had marvellous location close to a grand showpiece square. Moreover, it's close to surrounding attractions, St Mark's square or Rialto Bridge and Rialto bridge.
