Decent sized and en suite room with a lovely view to gardens and pools from the window. Plentiful packed breakfast - something for everyone. Exceptionally comfortable beds, favourable and perfect location to call a taxi to avoid getting lost.

We loved staying in this tidy hotel. The breakfast offered was complimentary and well organized with every taste and very kind waitress, as for instance, couldn't have asked for more.

During my business trip to Dubai, my director chose Swissotel for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities and services offered. The on-site beauty salon and babysitting services provided great convenience, and the steam room was a relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the small fitness center may have been a bit stuffy, but it had a good selection of modern Life Fitness equipment, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine. The outdoor swimming pool and separate fitness center for apartment guests were a nice touch, offering a variety of options for unwinding.

Our communication with the front desk proved to be misleading, causing significant inconvenience during our check-in.

Luxury place to stay 1 km away from A Spired 828-Meter Skyscraper. Silent classic twin room with the access to the club lounge. Cooperative, best personnel who did an amazing service. Central area, central location not far from the Pergolas restaurant as well as the large mall.

The location was great and fab as for me, not far from very nice cafes and restaurants with indoor seating and outdoor seating and live music, the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa and right in front of Dubai mall and very close to the downtown. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful for what was on offer, with beautiful views and every taste, for example.

The room was nicely decorated, without a doubt, had an electric kettle, a fridge, and an oven. The hotel's position was absolutely perfect, ready to help in everything. Overall the service was perfect. All of the staff were patient, caring.

It is an extremely convenient and high-class property located in Trade Center district near downtown Dubai which is the most popular area as dubai mall, the most popular areas, and a tower. The location is in a decent spot in thier British pub.

The location was central, magnificent right in the centre of downtown Dubai. Plus, it was close enough to the ticked office of Burj Khalifa, and Water fountain.

Excellent base for discovering Dubai with very efficient staff in a shift that has to respond to the calls and check in and out and also reply to the visitors. Perfect location in a fantastic area close to the conference centre, and another taxi.

The location for Dubai was perfect and exceptionally nice, near to the mall of Dubai and the burj khalifa and gardens and pools. On the whole good food; Mamak was in the vicinity.
