Great central location, clean rooms, friendly staff, underground parking, value for money.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Very nice room for the money. The location was just enough off the beaten path to give you some exercise. I walked to the Tsarevets and didn't feel excessively taxed.

Few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In the hotel bar, only one kind of wine was available by the glass. Breakfast was a disappointment. Staff could not read a local city map!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location right in the center was convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the spacious rooms with large bathrooms were a welcome surprise, especially the one with a jacuzzi. Lastly, the attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Only one minor issue marred an otherwise perfect experience.

The staff where excellent, room was perfect and worth every cent! I will recommend Akvaya to my friends in future! I even broke a glass in the room expecting to pay for the broken glass but the receptionist shrugged it off - this is unusual

Spacious rooms, enormous terrace. It was more than clean and the staff was excellent.

The elevator - you can not sleep, it is that noicy. Though when I called the reception they have stopped it right after. The music in the restaurant downstairs was quite loud as well, so do not pick rooms on the 1st floor.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and useful tips for exploring the city, which was conveniently located within walking distance. The underground parking was a great perk and the free Wi-Fi was a plus.

There was some unpleasant smell in the room we couldn't identify, affecting our comfort somewhat.

The hotel was basic but clean, and staff were pleasant.

The pool was not in working order which is why we booked the hotel. When asked why they said that they had not filled it... I wouldn't stay here again. There are far nicer budget hotels. There was no view at this one. The air conditioning was poor and it was in a noisy location.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing us with all the needed amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel's location is perfect! It was close to several tourist attractions and local restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and get to know the area better.

Despite the hotel's many positives, there were a few disadvantages. The pillows in our room were a bit too hard for our liking, making it difficult to get the right amount of sleep during the night.

The room was very clean and confortable...we was three boys and the room was large, the beds very confortable and the temperature inside was good. The bathroom was very modern and very clean, the only bad thing for us that we are italian is the lack of the bidet but I know that is normal in that countries...The staff was always present at the reception and they cleaned our rooms everyday...the hotel is near the centre and a supermarket in a very quiet location...

Rooms are large and very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. There are several choices for breakfast.Underground parking was really useful.

The elevator was not running most of time we were there, but it was not a big problem for only 3 floors.

The location is quite central and convenient for sightseeing. The hotel offers free underground parking which is handy. The room was clean and tidy.

The smell in the room was really bad and made the stay unpleasant. , the quality of the sheets and towels was poor.
