Nice location, near the Parliament buildings, but a bit of a walk into the city centre where most of the restaurants are located.
Nice location and a half from Wellington's historic railway station.
Great location near to beehive, nice apartment style motel/hotel and reasonable rates make worthwhile.
Is near the railway and bus station, so very handy to connections on public transport to all over the city.
Bus transport within the inner city seemed to be only $1 a trip, so you can just catch the bus nearby at the bus station and head down Lambton Quay/Courtney Place to save your feet in order to find the shopping and restaurants.
Most of the rooms are the size of average apartment but some rooms are very very small, so ensure you are in the right room!
It's a budget traveler's hotel, and has sparce and small accommodations (hard bed, tiny shower, etc) But, it is very clean, very functional, and nicely situated.
This is just incredible value for money- a studio serviced suite with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenette, DVD player, TV, stereo and free WIFI broadband slap bang in the middle of the CBD.
Wasnt comfortable, no where to watch tv other than on your bed, there was a table and hard wooden chairs but the mount that the tv was on was broken and impossible to position to watch from there.
Rooms are size of average apartments in new zealand.
There is a supermarket three blocks away to the east, and the cafe next door is very nice for breakfast and lunch.
We had breakfasts in and even made dinner one night.
A short stroll to the Westpac Stadium, bus and trains, a supermarket a block or so away, good coffee next door!
Very close to everything, the stadium is like 2 mins away, parliament, supermarket, shopping, trains.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but the manager was a bit strange, he used to stand beside the reception staff but never say anything (Not even Hi).

The hotel has no free parking, which might be a big problem for some.
They do not have free parking but parking on street is plenty and free after 6 pm weekdays and free all weekend.
We arrived after the lobby was closed, and had to dig for our key in the drop box, since we were never given a passcode.
Free wireless internet, good coffee next door and excellent facilities.
Plus FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND (very fast connection with no probkems).
Clean bathroom, plus FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND.
Based on the price this place was good value and everything in the room was clean.
Bathroom was modern, clean and well appointed.
On the plus side they give you a nice clean albeit small Australian/New Zealand style serviced apartment.
