  Clean and pleasant surroundings, shuttle service available for $6 so do not take a taxi as they will charge you $25. Value for money you get a good deal, george Rowing Club has great food at terrific prices - righ on the Cook River and have never had an uncomfortable room. Able to get a meal at night time and other facilities such as Rowing Club.

  Very handy location and taxi phone service good. Hotel was quiet, the price was high and park adjacent was great for my five year old. Just a few minutes was all took to get there, the staff were very helpful and i did understand from the internet that transfers were not at my cost so was surprised was added to my bill.

  Breakfast was expensive, the manager was not even apologetic.

  Nice dining area, convenient to air port and not many hotels would do that. The shower head produced a good smooth flow and the food is excellent.

  Clearer signage from the main road allowing time to take the appropriate exit and staff need to speak better english please.

  Easy access to airport, shuttle bus excellent and travellers beware- this hotel is cheap. Hot water I know is trivial, nice crisp clean sheets.

  Front desk far from friendly we arrived and glasses for drink dirty - looks like toothpaste - Yuk.

  Good proximity to International airport, easy to get to by taxi and sydney can do far better than this. Able to open windows for fresh air.

  Convenient for the airport and the free park. Hotel was clean, the service was excellent and the room was not cleaned the toilet leaked. Food was fine and dinner was very good.

  The mattress was not as comfortable as could have been and the staff on check-in were unhelpful - bordering on rude.

  Was within easy reach for the local airport for onward transport to Dubbo The room was good and staff were helpful I had got the date incorrect for my stay. The bed was comfortable.

  Clean and comfortable Great location good rates, easy access to longer term parking included in nightly stay charges, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Also room was very quiet.

  Just the fact that was close to the airport and the hotel had a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and nice, shower was very good.

  Our room was in the older building was awful and the food was overpriced and disgusting.
