We liked the close proximity to the airport, this hotel is a great value for money and the room is nice and comfortable.
Perfect location to be between town and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.
Convenient location and saved a lot of money on taxi fares.
Perfect connection to airport, underground private parking for free was also very practical and transport to Basel was easy.
Free bus transfer from airport to city centre railway station, good hotel to explore Basel and the rooms are modern and clean.
Furthermore tidyness high room/bathroom standards and early breakfast.
The bed is good and free express breakfast in the morning.
Hotel is priced reasonably for Switzerland, and is OK if you just need a bed and don't need too many "added extras" and don't intend to eat in the hotel.
There is no mini bar in the room, but there is a vending machine on each floor selling a limited selection of soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits at excessive prices.
The rooms are big, the free of charge wireless is more than efficient and good snack/beverage assortment from floor machines.
The restaurant only serves breakfast, which is reasonable but nothing special.
The only other food options are the restaurant in the casino next door (had lunch there, was OK) and room service.
The room was clean, the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of products.
2) a colleague said that the food in the next-door casino (there's no restaurant in the hotel) wasn't very appetising, and room service would have taken an hour to arrive (they order it in).
The absence of a restaurant in the hotel itself (one has to enter the casino to eat) is a limitation, but if one has time one goes into Basel and finds enough nice places to eat.
Basel Bus & Tram free daily card included in the hotel services and staff was very friendly.
I called for help and the reception staff (multi-tasking again!
Ideal location for airport, very nice hotel and i was amazed hard the staff worked including the managers.
The hotel was clean and staff spoke excellent English.
GREAT LOCATION, modern hotel and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
