Quiet location, the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, ensured that our four rooms were available to us for early check in.

Good location some minutes away from the center and we chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport for a early morning departure.

Short Taxi ride to airport and this hotel has an excellent manager is so willing to oblige.

Very handy to the Florence Airport and bus services 29,30 35 can be used from Santa Maria Novollo station.

Also, when I entered the hotel, it was full of cigarette smoke from the reception worker who could barely get off his behind to help me check in and then showed some attitude when I asked for a room with a bed larger than a twin.

They seemed very intent on making our stay pleasant, service fantastic and bed very comfy.

And last but not least, the fan in the room's bathroom wouldn't turn off all night long.

and staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.

    Very handy to the Florence Airport and bus services 29,30 35 can be used from Santa Maria Novollo station. Also informed us of the change to standard time during our stay, varied and staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable.
