This place was absolutely amazing! The location was mind-blowing, just a short 3-minute walk from the train and bus station. We could easily explore the city, especially Cita Alta, as it was super close to the main street. We were pleasantly surprised that we could leave our bags before check-in, but our room was already ready when we arrived. Marta, the receptionist, was jaw-droppingly friendly and even gave us discounts at two fantastic restaurants. The overall experience felt more like staying in a perfect hotel than a hostel. The hosts, Marta and Chiara, were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel like we've known them for years. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of options. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, perfect for cooking our own meals. The room was clean and furnished, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the street when we opened the windows. The Wi-Fi was high-speed, unlimited, and free of charge. We cannot recommend this place enough for a fantastic stay!

loved everything about the Station Abaco. We were met at the airport by a lovely lady, who then drove us to a lovely restaurant after we had dropped our bags off. We had a fantastic apartment between four of us, It was so clean and bright. It is so near the train and bus station, and as we were traveling to Lake Como the following day, it was just perfect.This is our second visit to the Station Abaco and when we return to Bergamo we would never stay anywhere else.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from the train station and close to the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place and the comfortable bed. Despite the basic breakfast options, it was nice to have something available at all times. The location is exellent allthouhg we had at first difficulties to find it. The two rooms we booked, were clean, beautifull and large.

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff, who even helped me find parking on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, lift. Perfect for my city trips.

The City's Guest House in Bergamo was a great stay for us as vegetarians. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, catering to our dietary needs.

A continental self service breakfast in the kitchen. Abaco is only a 5 minutes' walk from the railway station, so it is a perfect place to stay over when late arrival Bergamo. This is a family-hostel, but the hosts don't live here. None hotel staff is here! So it isn't so convenient! For example, we wrote on 'Booking' that we would arrive around 10:30. Actually we arrived earlier at 9:10. There was no staff in the hotel! We waited 50min outside the door for the hotel host, although they said they would arrive in 15min. Another thing, we had problem with the hotel door in the morning (not so earlier, around 7:00am). So we called the host three times. but nobody answered! In the end, we got help from the neighbors! It's very very very very inconvenient!

The rooms at City's House Guest House are so cozy and comfortable! I loved that some rooms even have a seating area where you can relax and unwind after a long day of work. The spacious rooms also come with a TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows. And let's not forget about the private or shared bathrooms, complete with either a bath or shower. So refreshing!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidets in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.
