- Nice and large room, comfortable bed - Cheap restaurant and good choice around as well

No english speaker staff , i couldn't print my flight ticket , i couldn't use internet , and staff even didn't help me wiith it , i couldn't pay for my stay in hotel with foreign currency ,no breakfast , etc.

I was staying in that hotel and I belive that this hotel is very good to compare with the Price. The Rooms are very clean and the Staff are very friendly.If you need some thing and call the front desk, house keeping or etc... within one minute a hotel staff will knock on the door to solve your Problems. The Hotel Managments are very nice, kind and Friendly. And fina many famous athletes stay at this hotel,such as Yaoming (NBA Star),so exciting So I think for my next trip I will book a room this Hotel again and advise this hotel to all friends which wants to stay in Bejing

The beds were comfortable and it had quite a laid back feel until we checked out or asked for breakfast.
The hotel was quite far away from everything and catching taxis was very difficult. The hotel did not want to honor giving us breakfast until we provided the receipt that showed it was incluluded. We had problems when checking out, and I will be making a complaint.

The larger rooms are not cooled or heated sufficiently by the systems. Based on other hotels we stayerd at in Beijing with better locations. The price was much too expensive.

Hotel is not beside the main road that must pay for taxi to find. The manager do not study the condition of service completely. The waiter cannot speak English.

The worst hotel experience ever. Filthy. Disgusting. Wanted me to pay for things that I didn't break (probably the cleaner did it) and the breakfast was like dog food. Never again! これは町で一番ひどいホテルです!! det värsta hotellet du kan tänka dig!

The low price and general location, being in the Tiantan tourist area.
Amenities in the room didn't work, like a leaking tap and drain. Hotel staff not helpful and actually expected guests to put up with it. Only agreed to changing to another room after bitter complaints and after midnight. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling of one of the room.
