This hotel is fantastic value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. I especially loved the reclining chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is convenient, with the hotel just in front of Sakai station and not far from the airport.
All was good, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel is in a truly excellent location at the Sakai train station on the Nankai airport line from Kansai airport, 25 minutes from the airport. Excellent as a first stop after a 12 hour flight. Given the very frequent connections to down town Osaka (10 minutes away) it is also an option if one has business to do in Osaka, because it is in a comfortably quiet location compared to the very crowded and hectic city of Osaka. the hotel figures as 3* on the booking com site, but conveys the impression of a 5 * hotel.
The windows cannot be opened in the entire hoel and the room was much too warm, notwithstanding air/con (frequent feature in many Japanesee top hotels). Too expensive breakfast (around 20 €), but good and less pricy breakfast places nearby available. Very strict respect of the check-in time (not uncommon in Japan) at the risk of an extra charge.
