The staff gave me high-level service, just what I needed to keep up my posh image. The minimalist bathroom design revealed their attention to detail and cleanliness. The cozy atmosphere of the roof garden was perfect for my cocktail evenings.

Oh, I just loved hearing the noise of the heating/air conditioning system during the night. So soothing.

the room (junior suite) was very clean, comfortable and spacious. good sound-proofing, good light-blocking shutters.

1. ridiculous check-in and parking arrangements. once we found the extremely obscure front door - with no nearby parking, no front entrance temporary parking, no valet parking - we were then told we'd have to return to our car, drive it around the block to their carpark entrance then lug our own luggage through the carpark and into an extremely small lift, then check in, then lug our own luggage back into the same small lift and up to our room. no porter, no assistance whatsoever. 2. not permitted to use an iron in the room "for safety reasons". I have stayed in hotels all over the world, have used an iron in the rooms in many of them, and am still alive to tell the tale. Then they charged us 35euros to iron 7 items of clothing! 3. no coffee or tea in the room (sachets of instant would be okay) - maybe this is the standard in Italy as I encountered this in other hotels in Italy, but wherever else I've stayed in hotels there is always complementary coffee in the room. 4. some staff were rude, some were reasonably polite, none stood out as being exceptionally polite and helpful. definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the shopping district with a shopping mall just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with modern security measures in place. The hotel staff were the nicest and most friendly people, making us feel like family. We enjoyed the fabulous atmosphere at the rooftop restaurant and bar, where the waiters were fun and ever so helpful. Exploring the town from the hotel was easy, and breakfast was delicious with a good variety. our experience at Agora' Palace was excellent.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

The rooms at Agorà Palace Hotel in Biella are incredibly comfortable and peaceful, making it the perfect place for a good night's sleep. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the spacious setting and cozy double bed that provided me with the utmost relaxation and ease.

Personally, I found the selection of teas in the minibar to be limited. However, I understand that others may still enjoy the available options and that this is just my subjective opinion.

Excellent reception staff, large comfortable rooms, diverse and tasty breakfast options, well-located near historical center. Easy to explore town from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historical centre and main avenue. There is also a shopping mall just a two-minute walk away. The rooms are well equipped with tea-making facilities and a fridge with contents. The breakfast choices are varied with great coffee made by friendly staff.

The TV channels didn't include BBC News or Sky News and there were no instructions on how to open the garage doors.

Great central location close to shopping area and main avenue. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices and friendly staff. The hotel facilities are clean and well-equipped with a free garage and good wifi.

Nothing it is perfect.

They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant was a highlight of our experience, with excellent service and delicious food. We loved that they offered half portions so we could try a variety of dishes. The menu had a good range of options, and everything we tried was top-notch.

The dinner experience at the hotel restaurant. We had ordered fish, but it wasn't cooked properly.

The hotel's reception staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the coffee was great. the hotel was located in a convenient area which allowed easy exploration of the surrounding town.

The temperature in the room was uncomfortable for me as it could not be lowered lower than 20C. dinner at the hotel's restaurant was not a good experience as the fish I ordered was not prepared well.
