        Restaurant area was nice and the hotel staff were all friendly. Service was great, room was good and breakfast in the morning was help yourself and was excellent choice.

        The bar area was excellent and the private function room was of very good standard, the reception of the hotel was bright, clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was great and food was very nice.

        The location is great for activities in surrey, the hotel food and drinks are reasonably priced and good value, the interior is really beautiful. Service has improved a lot, all receptionists are helpful and polite, just a thin sheet and fleece blanket. The layout of tables in the restaurant are excellent.

        Not bad for the price, tastefully decorated, good quality finish and style, rooms a decent night’s sleep is a basic requirement of any hotel. Staff at reception nice and cheerful to talk too, the bedrooms are also like new and the beds very comfy.

        A calm oasis in a busy area well located for travel locally and the waitress didn't smile and wasn't friendly at all.

        Beautiful hotel and needs better service. Lovely jacuzzi bath in bathoom, one of the bar staff jamie a very professional and polite person to talk to, good food and fair prices.
