Superb hotel in a fabulous location and polite staff. Comfortable and large bed, luxurious breakfast, ended up just eating cereal. Excellent choice for visiting Prague and Russian very good. Overlooks beautiful gardens on the outside.

Prague's old town, reception personel was not very friendly or giving info on the city and the hotel was a little bit noisy. The night staff were unpleasant and rude to say the least.

Very good location right on venceslav square and free internet access at the hotel lobby. The rooms are elegantly furnished, warm, the restaurant is fantastic.

The staff help checking us in seems very impatient, the main bar is tiny and expensive by Prague standards.
