We were made to feel very welcome on arrival, our room was spacious ,comfortable and very clean. It was pleasant having breakfast in our room. The location was perfect,being just off the main street but in an interesting location close to the beach, shops ,restaurants etc.

We wanted a small hotel, centrally located in Carmel and found Adobe Inn. It was perfect. Lovely, large room with a fireplace and sitting area as well as great bed. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. Free parking in a place where it can be hard to find parking. All in all a perfect place which I would book again and again.
No negatives. Really, a swell place to stay.

Perfect location in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea, the staff were very helpful. We 100% recommend the restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel, it was excellent. The room was very large, great bed.

Location - favourable, right by the Carmel downtown 400 feet way from the Ocean Av and excellent restaurants and the main downtown area of Carmel. Plenty of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Updated and airy room with a private safe, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Very comfy beds for a good sleep.

The Adobe Inn is a spacious hotel with incredibly helpful staff and an unbeatable location in a beautiful setting. Its proximity to the walkable downtown area of Carmel, fantastic restaurants and shops, and the stunning beach make it an ideal choice. The continental breakfast offers a good selection of food. Secure hotel in a walkable area near to Terry's for a cocktail, and the Adobe Inn in the near future. Practical, new-fashioned room with a separate bathroom and a shower, hair dryers and terrycloth bathrobes. Totally very nice stay for the weekend.

The heated pool and the gas fireplaces. The staff service on all levels. The gas fireplaces and ability to heat the rooms. Although an old building, it is very clean and well preserved. Close proximity to the shopsa nd restaurants.
