Hard-working personnel is from the valet to the woman at the front desk and the maids. The location is excellent and convenient, it's just off several attractions as well as a restaurant across from the cafe.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my sister's 80th birthday at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and turned the bar into a perfect venue for our family reunion. The chef prepared a delicious Southern feast for us with an incredible variety of seafood and classic dishes. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. It was truly one of the best nights of my life.

Very nice old and extremely convenient hotel with attentive stuff from the valet to the woman at the front desk and the maids, truly enjoyed our staying. Our room was high standard, brand-new, with shampoo and firm bedding, as example. The location was unbeatable to where breakfast was actually held--a restaurant across from the cafe. There was Jimmy John's nearby to grab something to eat. The food at the in-house restaurant was outstanding.

The bed was not very comfortable, that's sad thing.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location right in downtown, in the downtown area. Awesome food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity. Certainly a comfortable experience for one night in Mobile.

Unique location near to Government Street in Mobile and several restaurants, bar and nightclubs and Mobile's Bienville Square/Mobile's Lower Dauphin Street, only 5 minutes walk from Mobile Carnival Museum. Nice and stunning rooms with a tub!

The room was nice sized with updated bathrooms and available on a high level. Everywhere there was reasonably clean, the staff were professional and well-trained people from the valet to the woman at the front desk and the maids. The location was excellent, a super close walk to Bienville Square.

Clean hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous rooms. All the staff were eager to help. Very tasty and fine breakfast to start the day with a Fried Egg, BBQ plus seafood. Marvellous and favourable location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Mobile Civic Center. Just next door to the beaches of FL and several restaurants. Totally awesome stay for a set visit.

It made my trip to Mobile a good experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool was nice. The property had an ideal and easy location a few steps away from Bishop Portier House. Excellent services were available. They had an easy check-in.

Hotel was very nice old, I liked the stay.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to Crescent Theater. I stayed in the room that was nice sized with updated bathrooms and available with comfortable beds and linens. The staff were happy to help and the breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of historical sites and several attractions. The staff was so friendly and gave excellent service, even staying late to make sure my needs were met. The room amenities were impressive, with heating, air conditioning, a television, and telephone. The outdoor swimming pool was a great leisure activity, and the fitness center had everything I needed. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an amazing stay here.
