The location is great, ambiance or the kind of traveler likes to stay at a chain hotel and the housekeeping staff is very impressive.
Great shops, such as complimentary water taxi tickets and free parking in the street from 8 pm to 10 am.
The staff were great and our room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and super comfortable.

Very convenient to many fabulous restaurants, shopping and nightlife, great French pastry.

No hot water during my stay and concierge service very poor. Staff got the rooms confused.

Very comfortable and great view, free parking in the street from 8 pm to 10 am. Just don't stay here and friendly staff. Our room was absolutely beautiful and restaurant was excellent. The wine retreat was a good value.
