Stockholm is a great city in Scandinavia, this hotel is good value for money.
I feel this hotel is an excellent value for money.
I felt that instead of paying the extra money to stay at these hotels I can use the money I save by staying at Adlon to buy expensive souvenirs (These last longer than your stay).
We selected the Adlon hotel as we required a room for 3 sharing, at a reasonable price.

The location is fantastic, super staff can sell bus or Stockholm cards and a well located hotel very close to the central station.
Great location; 2 blocks from Airport express train station, 1-3 blocks from central subway station(all 3 lines), on main street - walk to many places.
But be warned: nearby T-Centrale is a massive mainline and metro station that runs for blocks underground and you may come out very far from a particular exit that someone had in mind when giving directions.

Room was not the largest but was bright, airy, fantastic beds and very modern bathroom - no bath but an excellent shower.
The room had two single beds and a sofa bed which turned into a double bed.

Scandinavia can be expensive; We paid the same amount per night for this room (including tax and breakfast) as we did for some meals!
Restaurants don’t appear to open too late, so don’t leave eating to late at night or you’ll be left with only the choice between some the usual world famous burger places.

The hotel is quite nice, extremely clean, free internet access in the lobby, TV, lift, and the breakfast – incredible.

When arriving I took the high speed Arlanda Express to reach Stockholm and while leaving I took the high speed SJ X2000 train to Copenhagen.
One positive is the free wired 128kb internet for 20 minutes at a time is good, and you can 'stumble' upon some WiFi networks if you're overlooking the main road.
Our room was perfect for a weekend city break- very clean and price made the Adlon a good value.
The bathroom was spotless and breakfast was wonderful.
I could not fault the room, as it was also well kept and clean.
The rooms were immaculately clean in that birch wood Swedish kind of way.
The hotel and our room were quite clean and well maintained.
