The rooms were quite clean. The beds were quite comfortable and the beach was near.

Everything was broken in our room and you had to pay for airconditioning. There was no daily cleaning. All and all I thought the place was more like a guesthouse or a hostel than a three star hotel.

It's not very far from nice beach, good and inexpensive restaurants and other tourist facilities. It has its own playground for children.

There's loud (till 11pm) fun-fair next to the hotel. I reserved room with balcony but the hotel has no balconies. The hotel is not very clean and the equipment shows its age. The room for 4 people is not very safe for children (high stairs in room). The personnel seems to be very inexperienced. Simply said the price is way too high for services provided.

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Location was good.

There was no airconditioning (A/C) in our room despite having advertised as having one. We were also given only 2 thin towels for the shower and one hand towel.

I really like the closeness to the Balaton lake, approx. 10 minutes walk. . And on the way to the lake there was a plenty of restaurants and pubs where you could have very tasty and inexpensive meals.

Receptionists did not speak any English at all but it was not such a problem as they were nice and willing to help.
