Our stay was quite comfortable, really enjoyed exceptionally nice breakfasts.

In relation to the fantastic price paid, it was brilliant place to stay with amazing service. The hotel had fab, good location, we were very close to a tram station.

The location is good and amazing for the Promenade des Anglais district. The rooms are reasonably large and newly renovated.- Fresh towels delivered.- The staff are very very helpful.- Glad to have a safe box, a flat-screen television, and a living area.

The room had a fantastic view that was particularly impressive.

The location was good - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The busy area was good for a long weekend.

Great and brilliant place for one night with a pleasant view of the ocean. Location is great and fantastic, near terminal 2 to the right.- Really close to Palais de l'agriculture.- Honestly, no reason to complain!

Loved the apartment, it felt like a second home, and the location was fantastic with the beach just across the street and an easy walk to Old Town - great for getting around easily.

The location here is fantastic with easy access to the city thanks to the nearby tram station, and there are some delicious restaurant options like Pizza California just a 5-minute walk away.

The staff was exceptional, especially Livarna. Rooftop terrace with spectacular views. Convenient location near beach and transport. Helpful and friendly receptionist Lavinia. Good amenities like free wifi and breakfast on site.

Nothing to fault.

The kindness of the staff. I have to make a special mention to Mrs. Mírela who at all times did the impossible to make our stay more than good. Not forgetting the other people who were also super nice. The place is excellent to travel around as it is easy to reach the Adagio, walk along the promenade of Anglais , near the airport, is not close to downtown , nor is there a place to drink something. If a supermarket is 100 meters away, it is always a good place to go. Parking at 200 meters, there is not always room, something expensive but super comfortable.

Actually it's just a comment to improve, we were on the 8th floor in a 4 person apartment and there's nothing to store clothes, it would be just to put at least 2 commodes in the bedroom and in the living room-bedroom-kitchen. The apartment is big. On the other hand it would improve the lighting in the kitchen-living room. There is no light in the kitchen.

We spent 4 nights in apartment with excellent view and coffee pots plus a huge wardrobe. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were available. The location was great, near a tram station and easy to find.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Aparthotel. The location was fantastic, right on the promenade and just across the road from the beach. It was also convenient to public transportation with a bus stop close by for easy transport to downtown areas or the airport. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a bakery next door that was hard to resist. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen area that included all the necessary utensils for cooking. The reception staff was welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel and the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh orange juice and a choice of eggs, which was good. The only downside was that the mattress was a little too soft.

Staff were very friendly, very obliging, 3 of us stayed, on two occasions staff had to come up to open our safe as we key coded it wrong, (not a problem) we only had two keys so on a couple of occassions also staff did not mind opening door for guest who had no key, always courteous, and finally, we finished an ironman in Nice and when we got back late at night, we were starving, the porter was very kind and opened the kitchen and provided us with bowls of cornflakes, we are still very much obliged.... I will definately stay there again next year when participating in Ironman Nice 2012. The hotel is along the promenade, 3km from airport and approx the same from the main part of the town and tourist area..... Its not the hotels fault but be aware if your a beach fanatic, the entire beach of nice does have stones on it which makes it particularly awkward for getting in and out of the sea.

2 lifts with only one working gave a poor first impression when bringing up our luggage on arrival. We had to queue for more than 15 min.... However, things after that ran particularly smoothly and as I said in the above review , the hotel staff were lovely, helpful, courteous and the room was value for money and I will be coming back with many more members of a triathlon club for ironman 2012 and will be reccommending them to stay in your hotel. The hotel experience was excellent. Going into it I was unsure about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the studio for $140. The studio was very large in size and had 2 twin beds a large sitting area and a galley kitchen. The size of the room was unexpected. The location was ideal being right on the beach. The staff spoke good English and was extremely helpful with bus and train information. The morning breakfast was good with the normal European breakfast choices. I would definetly stay there again.
