The location was great for walking around an old Roman Catholic cathedral. There was a good restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door. There were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, really enjoyed that.

Hotel was fairly clean, supper friendly and accommodating staff.

Got extremely spacious room with kitchen and a balcony, as example - always come in handy.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Exhibition Center Lugano was magnificent.

The hotel had a very central position so close to train and shopping area and lake, Lake Lugano, and the local funicolar railway, which is as quiet as a funicolar can be. Had lunch/dinner at Osteria Trani, which I found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. I enjoyed rooms with a balcony.

everything was good from the exceptional service to the different food. the staff were consistently courteous and super-friendly, gave us great tips. the accommodation had a very central location to the bottom stop for the tram. we had lunch in pan & salam, placed close by.

Appreciated the place, had a very relaxing stay on a business trip. The setting was handy, very close to train station and bus station, the city center and the lake and the centre. It also was right by the cable car.

The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was different. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. It was located in a very quiet area near close to town, a cable car and the restaurant.
