This location is a bit eccentric, but it doesn't have a lot of crowds. The hotel is gorgeous and is located on 4.5 oceanfront acres. It has been praised for its spacious rooms which have flat-screen TVs that come up from the furniture, the amazing balcony views of the water, and the outstanding ESPA spa. The beach and the pools are incredible, and the Italian food at Il Mulino is absolutely delicious. However, some critics thought that the service was going to be better.

Acqualina Resort & Spa lies on the 4.5 beachfront acres of Sunny Isles in Miami, on the Atlantic Ocean coastline. The hotel received the AAA Five Diamond Award for the second consecutive year this luxury Miami hotel features 97 rooms and suites, all equipped with latest technology.

The hotel offers a 20,000-sqft oceanfront spa with steam rooms, finnish saunas and experience showers, two restaurants and three swimming pools. Acqualina provides its guests with a complimentary internet access and a daily $40 spa treatment credit.

Acqualina's Italian restaurant Il Mulino New York makes part of the New York City's most famous dining spots. Breakfasts are served in Aaria Lounge and on the Aaria Veranda daily. There is a beach bar and restaurant, Costa Grill, renowned for beachfront grill nights on Friday and Saturday. Overall a great stay - would go again I was in Miami, service was very nice and professional, the kingsize bed was super comfy.
Our stay was most enjoyable, the concierge staff were very helpful - booked tours for us and room Service took a long time on Monday morning.
Furthermore the building itself is fabulous, the lobby is very well appointed in the soothing hues of gold and the concierge staff was the bright spot - they are all excellent.

The beach staff are really good and hardworking, great kitchen, master bath and living area, thr grounds of this hotel are wonderful. Pool side service is fantastic, rooms are huge and the food is first rate and the portions are large.

The beach attendants were present unobtrusive and service was excellent, the suite was lovely, clean and the ocean view was unbeatable. The place was very quiet, price paid was $925 per night and the lobby, grounds and pool areas were all gorgeous. The staff were beyond courteous, the concierges were very helpful and once we arrived into our couples massage room all was better. The kitchen was wonderful, the continental breakfast was the best we have ever seen and il Mulino dinner was well worth.

The service at the pool and beach very attentive, gorgeous views. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is freindly and abundant. The rooms are very big and the spa is great we took the couples massage lunch 2 hours of bliss.

The chairs on the beach are extremely comfortable and towels, umbrellas etc are everywhere, the pool area is the best I've seen in South Florida, this hotel is definitely luxurious, and great service. The staff is immaculate in helping you out, and well trained, overall of the room is comfortable, clean, and kinda luxury. Spa is wonderful.

Fantastic view, wonderful and spacious room design, gorgeous place, just back home after a superb 3 night stay. Huge prices on all designer clothing and jewelry, great interiors. Best service in Miami and beautiful suite. The bar makes a super mojito cocktail too, elegant breakfasts and we also splurged on the private beachfront dinner.
