The hotel is still excellent value for money – one of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in.
We bought the Dresden City card at the hotel, and wished we had not: we never found out which 12 museums were included in the price, and those we visited were not.
Good location and accessible rates I'll definitely stay.
Good location, nice hotel and helpful staff provided map.
A good location – an easy walk from the main train station (about 15 minutes through a nice, quiet area).
The ticket is good all day for the whole city, including the airport – great value.
We also walked to the city centre and all the sights - but there is also a bus station right across the street from the hotel from which you can take a direct line to the Zwinger.
The rooms were clean and modern; sinks were separate from the small shower/toilet room.
Big windows which opened, a tv, and fairly comfortable bed.

Quite close to the historical centre, 5 year old kid for one week in a long stay apartment and the facilities in the room are very good.
We chose an apartment rather than a room, and a package which included breakfast.
Room was clean and the brewery bar restaurant next door did well out of us.
Just down the road (less than 100 yards, in the LIDL supermarket building) at the little cafe we got a very nice breakfast (coffee and pastry) for just over 5 Euro for the two of us.
There is also a very reasonably priced brewery restaurant next door which was great for lunch and dinner.
We did not eat the hotel breakfast, because we got a good rate without it.
Big windows opened and there a very good restaurant across the yard.
Excellent reception staff provided exactly the accommodation we had expected, the breakfast was very good.
It is comfortable, clean, efficient and quiet with helpful staff and a good atmosphere.
The sitting area and kitchen enabled us to brew up and relax in comfort after a hard day’s sightseeing (you can borrow cups and spoons at reception; I didn’t ask for anything else so more may well be possible.
That was a great value for money and the staff was really professional.
