The food in the hotel was great for the evening meal and the price was very good too.
Its very easy to access the city, the taxi prices in Sofia are exceptionally low and hotel Accord is Perfect for an Airport location only 15-20m Mins.
Access to airport is good as is travel to city centre, the free WiFi internet is always a nice touch.
The bed was like sleeping on floorboards with a thin carpet.
Good price, beds comfortable and continental breakfast great variety.
Additionally rooms are large for a single traveler is great.

The Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful, although some of the restaurant staff couldn't speak English we had great fun with them using our broken Bulgarian.

In the lobby bar, half of the clientele is the cleaning people from the hotel, who are smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee.
Easy to reach the city centre and staff really helpful I discovered that I'd not printed off all our boarding cards.

However the staff acts absolutely unprofessional.
The wait staff is focused on serving only large groups.
Also, DON’T USE ANY LAUNDRY SERVICE OR GOODS FROM THE FRIDGE -- the prices they charged are outrageous.
In addition, the wireless doesn’t work well -- you have to go to the lobby where everybody smokes if you want consistent access.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
