  The staff were very accommodating and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently, the hotel was disappointing. Our rooms in the historic guest house were gorgeous, service was very good and the marble bathroom was very nice. Wonderful food came out of the kitchen, the mojito cocktail that we had was the worst I've ever tasted.

  Good location and wonderful place. Restored historic building on a quiet street, beautiful lobby, lounge and dining room, the front desk staff is young and experienced. The restaurant, in the former library, is gorgeous.

  The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, service and value was great as well, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were just perfect. The mini bar was free.

  Fab hotel in a lovely part of Madrid, the girls on the front desk are very very helpful and the rooms are huge. The indoor swimming pool is brilliant, and has a nice gym and sauna too.
