  Location is just 9 minutes away, restaurant is within 5mins walk near the hotel and staff is always friendly and professional. The room is very clean and really great breakfast - reach.

  Taxis are expensive and the bar wasn't open till late. Also there are a lot of other choices.

  The location was good for driving and the hotel had a very modern feel. We paid the same low price we paid the day we arrived and reception staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and general facilities were excellent.

  Business center was excellent, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was very good. The facilities were very modern.

  Its relatively easy to get to the city center for a day of sightseeing by bus and hotel is very clean. Service is good and we liked the comfort of the rooms. Full of different food.

  For italian standars really good - negative points: location, the hotel is just about 10 to 15mins drive to the main attractions and the staff are pleasant. Beds are excellent.

  An easy bus route, also do not get your hopes up too high on the content of the 'free mini bar' contained 2 cans of Coke and restaurant wasn’t open on the Sunday wasn’t well defined anywhere.

  Very convenient for the airport and decent hotel. Very nice for the price we paid and helpful staff. Excellent standard of room, free mini-bar and bathtub clean.

  Many bus-tourist groups and breakfast was too crowded.

  The free coffee area and clean train journey to Florence for the day. Nice hotel lounge and good interior taste. Staff is friendly and efficient, thanks for the complimentary cold drinks available in the room we needed badly due to the hot weather, two great restaurants to recommend would be Bella Napoli.

  Easy access from airport, the trains are comfortable and compared to other Italian hotels I have stayed in. Reception is very helpful, modern and have good amenities-internet, mini bar is free of charge. They serve a huge breakfast, excellent local pizzeria within short walk.

  After a long drive and quiet location. Good value for money and parking was free expected a rate. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and excellent breakfast served were also a bonus.

  Good english spoken by reception Helpfull reception Large beds Near to airport and great hotel. The rate was very reasonable and staff were pleasant. The rooms were clean and free mini bar was also surprising useful. The breakfast was delicious, general facilities were excellent.
