All in all excellent value for money and a very comfortable hotel.
We visited Carmen in Santiago expecting an excellent hotel for this value.
We did have a meal at the hotel which was beautiful and although expensive really was worth the money, the food itself was beautifully cooked and i would recommend the Sea Bass to anyone!
Well located and the hotel was in a very quiet location.
Good location and very nice hotel close to the Cathedral.
Quiet location away from crowds of Santiago and runs alongside a small river.
One or two slight downsides - breakfast pricey, odd location on edge of town, and no English TV.
