The location is perfect and small walk into town 10-15 mins.

Good quality bathroom and the location for visiting the historic buildings was excellent.

WIFI was good in public areas, the location of the hotel was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect -- just far enough away from the busy city center, the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, our room was quite large.

We could not believe when the taxi pulled up, and it looked like we were entering an old castle.

Without a doubt the best thing about the room, however, was the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable and had lovely pillows.

Large modern bathroom with shower in tub - only problem with bathroom is the use of a glass door meaning night time visits risk disturbing other room occupants with light!

But best of all was lying in bed and gazing at the dome of the 'new' cathedral - so beautiful that, though the beds were very comfortable,it almost seemed a pity to go to sleep!

The rooms are large and beautifully fitted with stylish modern bathroom.

The room itself was nice with a great bathroom with dual sinks and sooting view into the courtyard.

Breakfast was tasty, but for some reason only small amounts of food were placed on the buffet at a time.

We were the only diners in the restaurant that night and the meal proved to be the highlight of our stay.

We only suggest that visitors arrive early for the breakfast buffet when the food is plentiful.

Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced in a city with so much competition: eat out - we did!

Good breakfast also, the only choice in Salamanca for luxury and modern facilities.

Front desk staff, who seemed much more concerned about looking great than actually working, condescended to help with the luggage.

Service and staff are excellent, helpful and friendly.

SERVICE: I don't recall if there was room service or not, but all the staff were very friendly and professional, and spoke good English.

It is right in the middle of the historic district and (unusually for Spanish cities) had easy access and parking.

Hotel is supposed to have a fitness centre but it did not seem to be open when we were there.

Parking on the grounds was 9 euros/night.

Wireless internet available, 12 euros for 24 hours.

The staff was great, the bathroom was also very clean and food was fabulous.

Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean, and very pleasant - furnished in dark wood with pleasant neutral décor.

As with other hotels in the AC group, the rooms were tastefully furnished, clean and quiet, and the standard of cleanliness and helpfulness were high.

Bathroom also good size, well appointed, sparkling clean.

The rooms and common areas were immaculately clean.
