The hotel is also in an isolated location with no bars or restuarants nearby, which meant a 35-minute walk to the centre of Murcia to eat or drink (NOT 10-12 minutes as another reviewer has claimed!

Very close to the center of Murcia (10/12 mins on foot), this recently built hotel offers all the comforts of a 4-star plus some extras, like other hotels of this very much suggested chain.

Rooms very «zen», with wooden floors, perfect bed, marble bathroom with a huge shower.

Nice modern hotel, costs 12 Euros/24 hours - free wifi in the lobby/bar area and reception staff are friendly and helpful.

In addition the free parking saved alot of money, friendly staff and also late checkout available till 2 pm without extra cost.

There's a huge supermarket about 100m from the hotel and helpful staff.

Hotel was clean and modern, the staff were pleasant.

With free parking, a gym (with steam bath) and a swimming pool, you pay a very good hotel as much as an anonymous motel (we paid just 55Eur/night).

There is a pool, although it is more of a plunge pool and we didn't try it as it looked closed and there isn't much of a view.

The hotel is advertised as having a pool, but this was closed (as was the outside seating area) during our stay as it was considered to be 'out of season'.
