Best hotel I've been in of the excellent Chain AC hotels".

It was also a very convenient location for exiting Logrono to visit Haro (skipping the local traffic).

The only complain (but very little) is that is 15 minutes from the old city, but is a nice walking or a very short taxi ride.

All I can say of it is great: large rooms, excellent bathrooms (separated shower and bathtub, design forniture), free minibar in each room, free coffeshop, free fitness centre (gym, swimming pool and sauna).

Excellent reception staff, large bed and breakfast not worth money paid.

Quiet city centre hotel and comfortable rooms.

There was wi-fi internet access in the rooms, but you had to pay for it.

The room we stayed in was facing the street and in the afternoon it was quite noisey, but it wasn't a problem in the evening nor the morning.

Breakfast not worth money paid (eur 12 plus taxes), ask for hot dishes during breakfast, waiter does not advise but it is included.

Conclusion: a great place to have a nice weekend eating good tapas, drinking great rioja wine and visiting some interesting places on the surroundings (San Millan de la Cogolla, Santo Domingo de La Calzada, Santa María la Real in Najera or Laguardia).

Lovely hotel but was let down by unhelpful front desk staff who twice forgot to call a taxi for me and who also forgot my room service.

The staff was very proficient in English and I was able to call in before hand to confirm our reservation without any problems.

The front desk was also helpful in making reservations to a winery in Haro (which required speaking fluent spanish).

Earlier reviews mentioned lack of parking.

When I visited, there was plenty of free parking on the street, not to mention the free outdoor parking lot next to the hotel.

There was also indoor parking, but that would cost extra.

    All I can say of it is great: large rooms, excellent bathrooms (separated shower and bathtub, design forniture), free minibar in each room, free coffeshop, free fitness centre (gym, swimming pool and sauna). The staff is kind and usefull and althoug i'm spanish, i'm sure they speak several lenguages (as it is a must of the AC hotels). The only complain (but very little) is that is 15 minutes from the old city, but is a nice walking or a very short taxi ride. Conclusion: a great place to have a nice weekend eating good tapas, drinking great rioja wine and visiting some interesting places on the surroundings (San Millan de la Cogolla, Santo Domingo de La Calzada, Santa María la Real in Najera or Laguardia).
