The hotel is fairly clean, with excellent personal, and offers absolutely perfect location not far from shopping mall and big supermarket, centre and big supermarket. I recently stayed at Mercure Angers Lac De Maine for a short business trip. The hotel had excellent parking facilities and was conveniently located near main routes. The wi-fi was reliable, and I appreciated the soft drinks in the mini bar. The hotel provided dressing gowns and slippers, adding a nice touch to my stay. However, the highlight was the outstanding breakfast. The selection and quality surpassed those of other more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The staff on duty were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay.

As we were heading for the South West of France it was an ideal stop off point having driven from Calais. It's location and price were perfect.

As we arrived on a Sunday the staffing levels were very low, this meant a single woman had to man the reception desk, answer the telephone as well as being the bar tender, not an easy option for anyone. That said, the lady did a wonderful job.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with modern decorations. The hotel is located near to a shopping mall. There are plenty of parking spaces for hotel guest. High security for guest as the hotel's main gate is closed at all time. Only hotel guest is allowed to enter the hotel and the parking area.

We stay here every year as it is a convenient stopover on our journey south. It's accessible, comfortable, immaculately kept, with friendly staff and good food. Security gates ensure peace of mind at night. Free wi-fi is another reason why this hotel ticks all the boxes. The king size beds are truly enormous, and comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Janine, Anthony, and Caroline were especially helpful and made me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and equipped with modern amenities. I enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket right across the street, making it easy to get any essentials I needed. The location in a shopping centre was perfect for me, allowing me to explore and indulge in some retail therapy during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The level of comfort, quality service, and convenient location make it a perfect choice for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The hotel is located in an ideal area for exploring the city. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips about the local area.

The noise level at the hotel was high, as there were ongoing renovations during our stay. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time in the room.

The staff were polite and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of guest car parking.

We stayed only for one Saturday night when there was no evening bar or catering service available. That may not always be the case. Fortunately the adjoining shopping centre was open late and we were able to eat adequately at one of its restaurants but the shopping centre restaurants were closed on Sunday. We felt it was really a hotel of most convenience for mainly business travellers on week days and not for weekend leisure visitors.

it was an absolutely fabulous hotel in a crowded area. the whole room was exceptionally clean with bar, large bed, for example. the restaurant was great and food was tasty.
