By car head south, merge onto Autovia de Acceso al Aeropuerto de Barajas/M-14 via the ramp on the left to Madrid/Avenida de America, take the second exit for A-2/E-90 toward Madrid, merge onto A-2, take exit 4B for M-30 toward A-3/Valencia/Calle Alcala, keep right at the fork to continue toward Calle 30/M-30, take exit 11 toward Mendez Alvaro/Avenida Entrevias, turn right onto Calle de Mendez Alvaro, take left onto Calle del General Lacy and take the first left onto Calle de Las Delicias.

Clean room, restaurant staff very friendly and good Choice for Atocha.

Bad design of shower and strangely the front desk will not come out to hail one for you. No free weights or a mat to do stretching.
