Abode Canterbury Hotel - 坎特伯雷

Luxury set in an amazing location and hotel is well located.

The location is excellent; could not be better.

The location is fantastic, and has a lovely, modern, contemporary style, really fitting for the location and city.

Position central to Cathedral, private taxi transport to London turned out to be our most economical option believe or not and tjhis has been my 3rd stay at this hotel & always select this hotel because sytaff are always polite & courteous to me & my children.

Loved every minute, from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel to the moment we were waved good bye.

The hotel was very modern inside and the room was of a good standard with a lovely bathroom and freestanding bath although space was tight with the extra beds for the children.

Bed still unmade from the morning, dirty towels in the bathroom and dirty cups on the side.

Friendly and attentive staff, big bed, great bathroom - iron.

We then arrived at our room to find a giant bed which was truly amazing and the most comfortable thing i have slept in (since the womb).

We retired to bed after a cocktail in the Champagne Bar and had a wonderful nights sleep in the most amazing beds.

The hotel has a pub approximately 150 yds away, we decided to eat in the pub restaurant (the brewery) and had an excellent meal, the bar and waiting staff were friendly and attentive.

The bar was lovely - I had a great cocktail, soap/shampoo etc were all very good and we had a superb meal in the restaurant on our first night.

The champagne bar was very good and the food in Michael Cwine's restaurant was excellent.

Nor did we eat in the hotel’s restaurant or drink in the champagne bar, so I cannot comment on those either.

Champagne Bar is fantastic and food is good both in the main restaurant as well as the pub.

The service was superb, accommodation generally was good and one member of staff kindly offerred to prepare a warm drink for me to alleviate my cough was quie lovely as I also had my 2 young sons.

All members of staff are very friendly, there is a superb big room to work in and great bar- table service.

The staff could not have been more professional or friendly, good size room and at last the service in the Champagne bar has improved.

Staff were very helpfull and the concierge was extremley helpful providing maps.

There is a tiny elevator (lift) that only fit two of us plus luggage at a time.

The hotel charges for car parking at £5 per day.

Only down side was the car parking which is due to be resolved I believe.

The rooms are fine; clean, well appointed and regular sized.

Pleasant service there, rooms stylish and clean and the champagne bar.

The room was excellent, clean and very comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay.

It goes without saying, the food was divine, rooms spotless and chic.

I found the hotel clean, the room was spacious, everything worked, sure parking is a concern, as are the drunken youths that pass by the hotel in the early hours, make sure you ask for a room facing away from the high street!
