The room was huge with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff was professional and very helpful, just like you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Central location close to Saudi Arabia, the green mountain, and Abha Dam & Green Mountain; it was in a fairly nice area.

Had an amazing time during our vacation! The room we stayed in was pretty clean and we absolutely adored the superior queen room. The location of this place was great, as it was centrally located and near the Amusement Park. 🎢

There were climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, loved that. The breakfast was large and delicious, such variety, with great view, hot dishes and also refilling. The location was picturesque and best possible, opposite to mountains and lakes. The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a pretty nice area😀

A perfectly acceptable hotel with polite staff. The GM was accommodating and stepped in to help out when we had a problem. Nice pool and health centre - excellent massage.
Restaurant offerings we a little lacking. Main restaurant on 5th floor could only do buffet.

The hotel I stayed at during my city break was amazing! Not only was the room spacious and clean, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area. And the best part? The stunning view from my room of the nearby lake and mountains. It was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay even more enjoyable.
While I loved my stay at the hotel, there were a few small things that could have been improved. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and could have used some updating.

The hotel is situated in a serene location near the water reservoir, which was a great place to spend quality time as a family. The kids enjoyed playing around the dam while we relaxed nearby. The scenic view of the surrounding hills and water body from our room was breathtaking. We especially liked the swimming pool and the games room, which provided plenty of entertainment for our small family.
The restaurant service was very slow.
