The staff was very friendly plus the location was prime. We had goodies and coffee at The Coffee Shop, it was located extremely close to the venue.

The hotel was perfect with lots of good rooms. The rooms with free drinks, TV, for example. Great location very close to the promenade, in the nice enough area. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Really enjoyed the suite, felt like we were home. Its location was marvellous, next to seafront and the sea front and a tram stop.

Our stay at Abbotsford was exceptional. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for our family of four. The hosts, Gary and Jayne, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast provided was excellent and set us up for the day ahead. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a delayed breakfast time and a lack of high chairs, the overall experience was fantastic. We look forward to returning to Abbotsford for our next trip and would highly recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel for a great, relaxing break.

The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. It was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the festive atmosphere.

the bed in our room was uncomfortable and felt old and worn-out. It made for a restless night's sleep.
