    Excellent location for Kensington and easy walking distance to tube station. The Hotel is very smart, the building is a beautiful and the black monochrome effects in the lobby very stylish. Just in front of National History Museum, groceries near the Glocester Road tube entrance and the personnel is helpful and polite. Very clean upto date rooms and i didn't have breakfast.

    The location was great, they were quiet even they were located on a busy street and the hotel was very nice. Net rate was fantastic, our room was on the first floor very near the lobby and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was lovely, new refurbished roomPresence of an iron and the towels were HUGE. The breakfast was excellent.

    Good location very professional staff, not far from the tube station and within easy reach of museums etc. The Hotel is ideal for the Royal Albert Hall is only a five minutes walk away and the "bar" in the lobby is ok for a quick glass of wine. Groceries near the Glocester Road tube entrance and gave too much money I paid at the check out: the man at the reception gave me back the 20 pounds due to my error. The room is clear and just opposite the tube there's a lovely french boulangerie "Paul.

    Location was good, rooms were quite roomy compared to other London hotels we have stayed in and the daily rate was quite reasonable. The buffet style Continental Breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and our beds were comfortable. I thought Ana worked in the bar was so professional and the towels were HUGE.
