My room was bright and quiet with a TV and a very comfortable big bed. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Granada and access the motorway network.- The hotel is conveniently close to the beautiful city of Granada and the tram.- I enjoyed some drinks at bar Cerveceria Ecu, only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Granada, I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern day facilities that met all my needs. The hotel provided a lavish breakfast spread with a wide variety of continental options, ensuring a satisfying meal to start the day. The service levels were good, and the staff, in particular, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Granada.

attention of Mr. Sergio Beltrán, who attends to the guests at the outer door of the hotel and indicates where to enter, leave the bags, parking, etc. He is a very nice. serene guy and transmits tranquility and confidence, We were very impressed by the fact that he did not have a place to stay. like a hut or a roof, at least, to better support the inclement weather because it rained at times and both he and others remained there getting wet and enduring wind, rain and whatever, Pitiful. I don't even want to imagine how they must spend it in their black uniform in summer with more than 40°! I would ask for a little more delicacy in this regard.
mattresses in 2 of the double rooms we stayed in are old and springs are stuck in. hotel like this should have new, quality mattresses so that guests don't wake up with back pain. I'm sorry, we asked for a change of mattresses and were moved to another room with the same bad and old mattresses. They were sinking.. It wouldn't be bad if they had replacement mattresses like there are in other hotels.. lighting in the rooms is insufficient and bedside table is stuck to the wardrobe which makes it difficult to move around when using it.. There is no bidet in the bathroom, it is small and has two unnecessary walls that make it overwhelming.

hotel in general is very good! the rooms and common areas are very nice, comfortable and well maintained. staff is very friendly and diligent. I really liked the SPA area and option they offer to add lunch/dinner, justifies the cost.
Breakfast is the only thing I think could be better. It's the most industrialized food experience I've ever had at breakfast. Natural fruit of poor quality and limited to two choices at most, you get canned. machine juice and extra sweet and absolutely artificial flavor. Although scrambled eggs were offered, it was a rather unpleasant liquid mixture. As for the hot drinks are machine made, coffee is barely tinted coffee water and milk used for mixing is 30% milk and 70% water. Pretty regular to say the least.

Nothing, it's perfect.

The price was the most reasonable, because it was an offer and it was paid very little, in case I had to pay the normal, I think it is not worth it, because despite being a beautiful hotel in its central space, in some things it leaves something to be desired for a 4 star hotel. The location is very good if you go by car, since it has access to immediate highway, and in the area there is good gastronomy.
the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was not right, the air conditioning, more than conditioning only threw heat and was suffocating because the window only opens a little, being open the window we could not rest because the curtain was not closed with open window. The bathroom had a toilet with a washing rack that didn't work and it was very uncomfortable, the TV was fixed to the wall so the angle from the bed was uncomfortable. The gym was never open,

The beautiful, clean rooms, the breakfast buffet had a very good variety.. Well connected as it had the subway stop right next to it.
The buffet is a bit overwhelming with so many waiters walking around, clearly they have to do their job but I've been to several buffets and it wasn't normal to be overwhelming because you were bumping into them. The reception staff, except for one employee, were not very nice. The atmosphere that I saw between the waiters of the buffet left much to be desired, two waitresses mowing down another one because she had put the cutlery upside down, criticizing her, it will not be of my concern but I hate those things and to witness it was not of my pleasure neither for me nor for my partner, I consider that there are more important things in a service than to put more the cutlery as being pleasant and not to be giving the note while the guests have breakfast. The pool is a bit dirty and I consider a lifeguard necessary.
