The value for money at Abad was excellent, with well-equipped and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro, mall, and movie theatre. The staff, especially the helpful manager, made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The variety of breakfast items could be improved for a more satisfying meal experience.

We stayed for weekend and would definitely go back. Liked every detail about our good 1 night stay here. The hotel was in a central setting close to Ernakulam bus station. Plus, it was very close to market of Cochin and many nice Churches and Kochi and Cochin airport.

The hotel was in the central setting to all major transport hubs in the city. I was offered an amazing breakfast at reasonable rates.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Abad in a comfortable room. The reception staff member, Mr. Anoop, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When we expressed our discomfort with the initial room, he promptly arranged for a room upgrade. Mr. Danee from room service was also a pleasure to interact with. The location of the hotel was convenient, with MG Road nearby, and we felt safe during our stay. we appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided daily. our experience at Abad was excellent.

Breakfast options were tasty and marvellous, I loved it. The room I booked was clean well maintained and available with a really comfy bed, very good AC. The location was favourable and best possible as for me.

The hotel offered great service and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. They were always available and willing to assist, even during late hours. the hospitality and food provided by the hotel were excellent. The room service was prompt and efficient.

One thing I found disappointing was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet. It would have been better if they included at least one North Indian dish to cater to all guests' preferences.

The location it has very close to main market and Center Square Mall, and the shopping area is good. The hotel rooms are newly remodelled with very good ac.
