The location is excellent, this hotel would be 2 star at best and i liked the front desk person.

Central location for shopping and the bus stopped just at the corner.

Excellent location for Barrack Street Jetty and the CAT buses, and there's a supermarket in Hay Street that's open when everything else in Perth is shut in the evening!

Good location, friendly hotel and lovely personnel.

The room was in a quiet location, staffs were good especially kaneskh and fortunately the bath towels WERE clean so we layed them on top of bed.

To me a Suite is 2 rooms or more with a king size bed.

We had one standard size hotel room, with one standard size bed.

Second studio had no exhaust fan in bathroom (never fixed over 7 night stay), housekeeping did not make beds properly each day, smoke alarm batteries (yes, batteries, not mains) went dead and beeped early in the morning, etc etc.

We had a booking confusion and the duty manager could not figure out what the request for a roll away bed was for (3 guys on business, two rooms!

5 star hotel, with a lovely italian restaurant & bar.

Swan harbour with its great seafood restaurants.

The restaurant was due to open in mid 2006!

Restaurant was also closed when i was there, i not sure if they have plans for reopening.

There is a bar/nightclub next door and the clientele there is also dubious.

The staff were friendly and we were not far from the city centre which was made even more accesible by being so close to a bus stop for the free CAT bus service.

The staff were excellent and so receptionist was really good I think.

Convenient location close to Perth CBD, front desk service is friendly.

First thing, be warned - this place does not have any parking facilities.

They have an arrangement with a parking station 2 blocks away (costs A$12 a day).

Either that or street parking (meter from 8am-5:30 pm Mon-Sat).

No internet available except for Wi-Fi from MetroMesh, a local Perth provider (reasonably priced).

One of the main thoroughfares through central Perth and the room was comfortable and clean.

Good value for money and the room was clean.

BBQ area on the roof and spa could with a little attention from the cleaners who could arrive to clean your room at any time of day up to 4.

A clean bathroom and has good kitchen facilities.

The room was clean but get one on the higher levels - we saw another oom with a wonderful view of the wall next door and little light.
