  The beach was great and views were lovely from our room. Hotel lobby was fantastic and the staff were also friendly. Turned the taps on in the bathroom and the water was bright orange, the waiter service from the bar was good, breakfast was by far the most enjoyable meal of the day. The pool was big.

  The hotel is really lovely, reception staff are efficient and helpful, as are all lobby staff, service is good. Rooms are kept super tidy and the snack bar is fantastic. A wide variety of food to choose from, pool is large.

  The hotel is a great 4 star hotel, pool staff work hard to keep the sunbathers happy and the water is cool and the marine life is amazing. Fish are spectacular.

  The rooms are larger than other hotels we stayed at and the staff are very good. Water is always available by the machines, the food is exceptional at Tropicana Grand Oasis and the pool is nice and big and don't really have to run for a sunbed in the morning.

  The best places were the camel bar and the staff were very friendly. Our room was huge and food was nice. Fruit juice was also available.

  Beautiful location shame about the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is done daily and the towels are changed as well. The pool bar is very good and food is adequate to say the most.

  The rooms were cleaned everyday and were spacious, food was great. The pool was normally quiet.

  This hotel was the worse i have been to and staff were really grumpy. Russians were very rude.

  The staff were brilliant farag at the bar was superb as was edat in the restaurant, the pools were all lovely.

  Air conditioning did not work well, warm air instead of cool, the Russians were greedy and arrogant beyond belief.
