Good value for money, good rooms, clean enough, location in phuket city since we arrived late night and had to get to the pier to phi phi the next morning. Free minibar!

Bathroom could be a bit cleaner but it was actually alright, not feeling uncomfortable, no breakfast, but free minibar

close to rosada pier to take the eary morning ferry to ko phi phi. We arrived very late, past midnight and got a very friendly service during our supershort stay.

Cheap. Good only for one night to catch morning ferry to Phi Phi.

I was quite surprised, the hotel looks a bit different than the pictures but my overall impression was great. It was not expensive and the room was plain but very comfortable and clean. Our linen was included and clean and smelled fresh. Although the staff cannot speak English well, they were friendly and helpful. We got 150B per person cab from the airport and it is approximately a hours drive. I was worried that they would be closed but when we got there they were still open, I noticed that most places are open very late (so around 12- 1am). If you were looking for a place in the heart of Phuket Town then I would recommend this. A few massage parlors around but luckily they are not noisy. Also it sits on the Pink bus route – that what I call it and if you take bus number 2 and get off at the corner of Kra and Phoon Pon road.

Good wireless Lot of plugs Staff very honnest.

Very small. You have to share bathroom and toilets when It is a small room but It is not specify when we have booked on the line. You can hear everything from the next room. Bad location.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very clean place and definitely felt very safe. The only thing that was not good for me was the distance to the beaches however is a short walk from Phuket downtown and the bus station. Absolutely Great for the price!

Good position because not so far to city center but quiet, only 10 minutes by feet. This hotel is in the special area with girl for "massage" but nobody disturb us! Thé workers are vert friendly. The room was simple but clean and confortable. Tv with international chanel. Warm Water like we want. Good place to stay in Phuket Town .

Location not very good for sightseeing , pretty dirty and poor area, kinda sad. The room although clean had a bad smell ..

The best customer service I have ever received. I had an ear infection when I arrived and the day after I asked them how to get to the Hospital, she took me to hospital for free and even offer me to call her back if I couldn't find a taxi to return to the hotel. they are always smiling and going their way out to help you. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The area maybe, but if you are staying at phuket town there is not much to see anyway.

The room always was clean and the lady cleaner always left a botle of water for us. Actually if you like Thai food you can find it around in the local restaurants. They are some attractions around.

It's cheap, the room and toilet is clean. That's all.

Wifi is not available on 4th floor. We didn't realize that the room is separated into 2 "units" by a thin wall, we have to share the balcony and small living hall and toilet with another unit. It is not stated in the website. If we know that, we will not stay there. Before we fall asleep, me and my wife were worried if someone broke into our room at night (our room is on 4th floor and seems like no other people stay there on 3rd and 4th floor). There are 2 entrance, the entrance to our rooms is without guard and receptionist, without any lock at the entrance, means anyone can just go into it. At 1 am, we felt insecure and we go down to ask the receptionist at another entrance whether there are other passenger stay in the other unit. The receptionist told us there are nobody stay there. So we lock our small living hall, our room, and the balcony. Suddenly we heard some noise from another unit at 2.30am. There were 2 or 3 men came into the other unit! They tried to open the balcony too! We were frightened and didn't know what to do. We called the receptionist to ask him to come up and check but he said he went back home already. He said maybe there are someone who just check in after he left! We didn't dare to sleep that whole horrific night! I will not stay in this hotel anymore, even though its cheap!

It's close to Rassadan Pier, the area is quiet and there are a few restaurant catering for locals at walking distance

There is really nothing going in the area, apart from countless massage parlours

Stayed one night on the way to the ferry. No problems, clean and comfortable, good shower.
