I have just returned from 2 nights in Stockholm. The hotel is on a main street called 'Drottninggatan'. Drottninggatan is a pedestrianised shopping street and end of this street is the old town (15 minutes walk). The hotel is easy to reach from the Arlanda airport. I took an Arlanda bus from the airport (99 SEK) to the central station and the bus ride took 45 minutes. From the station to the hotel is 10 minutes walk. From hotel to the airport, my friend and I took an Arlanda Express train (240 SEK for 2 passengers travelling together) which took 20 minutes from the Express Train Station. Express Train station is also 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Direction on the hotel website is not very good. It suggests to take a metro or taxi from the central station but there's no need for that. My single room on the 3rd floor was small but cosy. The room didn't have an air condition but breeze through the window was adequate for me even though it was warm at 25 degrees outside. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but clean. I found a small sized shower is normal for a Scandinavian hotel. Breakfast included in the rate was excellent. Plenty of fresh fruit, fresh bread, yogurt and cold meat etc were offered. The breakfast room was bright and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke good English- everyone seemed so happy and smiley! Check in and out was easy. Reception area has one computer with free internet for guests. Bentley's Hotel had a homely feeling to it and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I would recommend the Bentley's as it offers a great location, friendly staff, clean/comfortable room and lovely breakfast.

Me and a friend of mine spent a couple of days in Stockholm's Bentleys Hotel. Its location is great, right at the beginning (or the end) of one of the most important commercial streets (Drottningatan), full of shops, restaurants and the main city subway station. It's not far from the Arlanda Express terminal (the express airport train), but if you have more than 1 big piece of luggage it might be advisable to take a cab. The room was tiny, we had to slept in the same bed, but all in all the hotel provided an average service. The breakfast was included on the room price and it was very satisfactory. Although for the price we expected something much better, we realized that we were in the very expensive capital of Sweden. Luis M., Caracas-Venezuela

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt ok, aber am zweiten Tag fand einer unserer Söhne (er ist 18 – sein älterer Bruder war unter der Dusche und bekam nichts mit) einen nackten Mann im Zimmer. Ein anderer Gast, der sich aus dem Zimmer ausgeschlossen hatte, nachdem er unter der Dusche war, er war allerdings nicht nass. Er war aber auch keine Bedrohung, obwohl seine Geschichte sehr komisch war und die Angestellten brachten ihn zurück in sein Zimmer. Das Hotel war auch nicht schuld, die Geschichte ist aber interessant. Die Lage war super, direkt im Herzen der Stadt und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Man sollte mal ein paar Bilder an die Wand hängen, war fanden es sehr langweilig. Ich habe gehört, es soll 3 Sterne haben, finde aber, dass 2 Sterne angemessener sein. Bei dem Preis aber auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und kann es weiter empfehlen. Wenn nicht gerade nackte Männer unterwegs waren, war es sehr ruhig. Amie Rodnick
