Very nice rooms although a bit small but small rooms are standard in Rom. Location is very good since it is only a 5 min walk to the underground station. Breakfast is excellent. We would book it again.

Very please with our choice of hotel, I booked a triple room on the ground floor for my Mum, sister and I for our 3 night trip in March 2008, we got a room rate of ?150 a night directly from the hotel which I thought was fantastic for a 4 star hotel! The staff were very pleasant, our room was beautiful and the breakfast very satisfying, what more can you ask for.
For me, rating a hotel depends on the experience you wanted and value for money, this ticked all the boxes for me, and it was very handy, walking distance from Termini. If you walked one way the area wasn't great at night, but the other way was fine, we didn't have a problem at all.
I would recommend this hotel and for the price and convenience I would stay again, then again, I am not a creature of habit and I do like trying new places so may look elsewhere just to try somewhere knew, but this was my second visit to Rome and I found the location, more convenient than my previous Hotel choice (which I also loved!)

My wife and I stayed 2 nights winding up a 2 week trip through Italy with my parents-in-law. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from main train station and shows 4 stars on the door. Anna at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms were as advertised and bathrooms were spotless and large. A/C and elevator worked; TVs were great. Free mini bar drinks were nice but frig might as well not be plugged in...took until the second day to show any sign of cold. Good local restaurants in the area and good recommendations from Anna. Breakfast is very good with eggs and meats. The coffee throughout Italy is the best anywhere except for Germany (personal preference). Overall, couldn't have asked for more.
Note: Anna will arrange for a van to Airport (68 Euros). Worked fine, but driver let us out at Delta door. Work at airport means you must catch a bus to Terminal 5 (new terminal). Allow an extra 30 minutes for Italian efficiency. It's an incredible gauntlet you must run at the airport right now.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my wife earlier this month; booked 1 night (Saturday) in a Superior room at 204 Euros/night thru bookings.com.
Decided to go one day early so contacted hotel directly by phone. Superior room was not availalable for extra night but offered us a Standard room at the same rate! They did say we could then move into the room we booked but we really didn't want the bother of moving roms for just 1 night so we stayed where we were but they still charged us for the Standard room at the Superior room rate which I thought was a bit rich.
Hotel is okay but nothing special; good breakfast bar and reasonable service.
However, it is in a pretty awful area. It's in a side street close to the main railway terminal and the area is a magnet for the homeless, down and outs and (at night) hookers. Indeed on the first night we saw a hooker turning a trick in the street less than 50m from the hotel front door - not one of the sites in Rome I wanted to see.. The main square and street stinks of urine and generally was rough and dirty.
If you want to stay in Rome I'd recommend you find a hotel in a better area, particulary at these prices.
