I stayed at this hotel in June of 2008 and I was not all that impressed. The hotel lobby made me think of a hospital. The room was fairly nice, clean, and the bed was ok. However, the main reason I selected this hotel was because of the price and that it had a pool. When I got there the pool was out of service which really disappointed me. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was very cold and unfriendly. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

I made reservations for mid June, I found this hotel on Priceline.com and the price for the room was $72. I called the hotel directly and made my reservation. I was not told the price of the rooms up front and when I asked about cancellation policies I was told I had until 11am the day of check in to cancel and would not be charged a cancellation fee. I called back the day before I was to arrive to confirm my reservation I was told the price of the room was $139 + tax and fees, per night. I cancelled the reservation and he then told me about the cancellation charge of $25, this was the same person I spoke to when I made the reservation and told him he had said in our previous conversation there was no cancellation fee if I canceled before 11am day of arrival. He said too bad I already charged your card. I was not only charged for the cancellation fee but for the entire weekend.

The worst hotel ever. Smelled like mold and mildew. The staff was rude. I believe it is imperative that this place be investigated and shut down. AWFUL.

We got a room here since it was close to I-80 and Dave and Busters. Well when we walked in it was freezing cold(colder than it was outside), and it smelled. We checked into our room to find it just as cold and bad. Well where to I begin: -The room was freezing too -Only 2 lamps out of 4 worked -The couch had stains and rips in it -The water was barely luke warm when it was on all the way hot and this was at 3 in the afternoon and it barely dripped out -The toliet barely flushed -The wallpaper was pealing off the walls -The paint on the ceiling was falling off -The tolilet was cracked at the bottom and the glued it back together -The indoor pool had sand all over the deep end -The hot tub was barely luke warm, couldn't turn the jets on, sand in the bottom and the paint was pealing off of the side -The room the pool and the hot tub were in was very cold and the paint was pealing off the ceiling too. -The towels in the pool area were the size of hand towels. So anyways we went to Dave and Busters to meet up with friends. Then on the way there some of them called us and said lets go get breakfast so we said have everyone meet us at our hotel room and then we will leave from there so we could go as a group. Well we walked into the our room and the front desk is calling and telling us we had to have everyone leave since there were more than 4 people in the room. Strange because when we had the same amount of people meet up with us in our room before we went to Dave and Busters they never said a thing. So we were grabbing our purses and coats and 30 seconds later the phone rang again. This time the guy said," I said you need to leave so you better get the [-] out now or I will call the cops." First of all don't talk to me like that when I'm the customer. Then when I went to the front desk the guy there was wearing boxers and a button up shirt. Then I asked for a receipt or something to tell us that we wouldn't get charged the the lady came to the desk in her PJ's and not wearing a bra. What kind of service is that. Well I guess this tells us why there are 4 floors to this hotel and there was only us and 1 other couple from out of state that checked into this hotel for the night since they were traveling and were getting tired. We then checked out because of the service and went down the road to the Super 8 that was cheaper and 1 million times cleaner and nicer compared to this dump that I'm not sure how it stays open with it being that dirty. I think the state needs to back and inspect it.

This place was terrible. Mold all over, the room smelled like urine, and the staff was rude. It was dirty, and unpleasant. DON'T book here. This place should be shut down.
