This place could certainly be recommended if - you have a car - enjoy living a bit away from the overcrowed beach front - get an apartement or room above ground level We got all this and enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartement was very nice newly painted and with dishwasher and owen. We loved the pools and our son especilly one of the kids pools. The apartments and room are all overlooking the bay of Cannes, it is really a beautiful sight both day and night. We stayed in the beginning of june and we where glad for that as the apartments lack AC. As we did not dare to sleep with balcony doors open we hade some problems with the heat. The surrundings are very nice and it was very nice to walk in the forest next to the place, our son loved to walk with us and then head for the lovely pools. We felt that the apartments were quite. Reception personell polite and atttentative. Best thing with it was that you felt like living in Provance only 5 min from all the good and bad things of the riviera. As you have a car do your shopping in the shopping center in Mandelieu and not Theoule, that will save you money so you can treat yourselfes to a bottle of Champagne and sipping it on the balcony.
